Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage our day-to-day financial transactions, ensure timely payments and collections, and maintain clean records for audits and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in international trade finance, and understands the end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:

Process vendor invoices, verify against POs and delivery records

Ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies with vendors

Monitor credit terms and aging reports

Maintain accurate AP records and assist with month-end close
Accounts Receivable:
-
Generate and send customer invoices
-
Track payments and manage collections
-
Reconcile AR ledger and follow up on overdue accounts

Support cash application and factoring reconciliation
Other Duties:
-
Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow projections

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for documentation

Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders

Support audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
2+ years of AP/AR experience (import/export or trade finance a plus)

Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
